Design / Application Engineer, CK Power

“It’s rewarding to be in an industry where the work is very hands-on and where the designs and documentation we create turn into real, functioning equipment.”
Rebecca supports engineering and manufacturing operations by designing customized units that meet specific customer requirements. Her work includes developing and modifying 3D CAD models, maintaining bills of materials, and ensuring engineering documentation is accurate and production-ready.
Her teammates rely on her to quickly find solutions and help keep projects moving forward. By keeping engineering documentation and parts information clear and up to date, Rebecca helps ensure procurement and production teams have what they need to build units efficiently. She enjoys seeing projects move from concept through manufacturing and takes pride in knowing her work helps turn engineering designs into real equipment used in the field.
Marva Lockett
Manufacturing Engineer, CK Power
Time with Company: 6 months
“What I love about manufacturing is that it’s where ideas become real. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a concept and helping build the processes that allow it to come to life.”
Marva focuses on developing scalable manufacturing systems that support efficient production and long-term operational growth. Her teammates rely on her to help keep production flowing by identifying methods that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
She works to create standard work that optimizes assembly processes and develops training structures that empower cross-functional teams across the organization. By building repeatable, data-driven processes, Marva helps improve operational efficiency while maintaining product quality and supporting CK Power’s ability to scale production as demand grows.
Allison “Allie” Miller
Production Control Manager, Hayes Manufacturing
Time with Company: 12 years
“Honestly, I just love being someone that my team can come to if they need help. I haven’t always had that person in my career, so I feel strongly about being that person for my team. I may not always know the answer, but we will figure it out together and make it easier to understand going forward.”
Allie oversees the coordination of manufacturing and shipping processes, helping ensure operations run smoothly and production schedules stay on track. She works to remove roadblocks, solve issues, and keep teams moving efficiently.
Known for her supportive leadership style, Allie enjoys the problem-solving involved in keeping manufacturing organized and on track. She has also embraced the company’s ERP system, seeing it as a positive change that helps her better understand the business as a whole and continue improving operations at Hayes.
Catherine “Catie” Emery
Team Lead – Shipping, Hayes Manufacturing
Time with Company: 5 years
“I love the fast-paced environment that I work in and being someone my team can come to with questions. Sometimes someone brings me a problem I don’t have the answer to, and I enjoy the challenge of figuring it out.”
Catie helps keep Hayes’ operations moving by coordinating shipping and assembly schedules. Her teammates rely on her to organize orders, confirm parts are available, and ensure products move from production to customers on time.
Each day, she works closely with production and the shipping team to prepare new orders, track existing ones, and help verify that completed parts are assembled correctly before being packaged and shipped. Recently stepping into the Team Lead role, Catie has become a trusted resource for her team and enjoys solving the challenges of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. She takes pride in the work Hayes does and values the strong team culture that makes the company a great place to work.
Dayanara Peterson
Senior Staff Accountant, CM&W
Time with Company: 3.5 years
“I enjoy the challenge of contract manufacturing. Every day is different. As new projects come in, new challenges arise, whether in costing, production, or operations. It pushes us to keep improving in different areas all the time.”
Dayanara supports accounting, inventory management, and production-related operations at CM&W. Her teammates rely on her heavily during the company’s transition to a new ERP system, where she helps keep the team focused on the bigger picture while ensuring accurate costing across projects.
She plays an important role in connecting different parts of the business, helping teams understand how each step, from securing a sale to shipping the finished product, contributes to the company’s overall success. With a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Dayanara helps keep operations organized and moving forward as CM&W continues to grow.
Brittany Cook
Quality Assurance, Terramac
Time with Company: 3 years
“My teammates rely on me to make sure every Terramac we build meets our quality standards and is ready to ship to the customer in perfect condition.”
Brittany plays an important role in maintaining the quality standards Terramac customers expect. As part of the quality assurance team, she carefully inspects each stage of production to ensure every machine meets company standards before leaving the St. Louis facility.
Working closely with the production team, Brittany helps identify and correct issues before units move to the next phase. Her attention to detail helps prevent problems down the line and ensures customers receive a reliable, high-quality Terramac machine they can trust. She values the strong teamwork within the facility and takes pride in being part of a team that works together to build equipment customers depend on.
Susie Erickson
Service Parts Specialist, Terramac
Time with Company: 5 years
“I enjoy helping customers get the parts they need as quickly as possible to keep them up and moving without delaying the work they do.”
Susie Erickson helps Terramac dealers and customers get the parts they need to keep their machines working in the field. She works hard to answer questions quickly and make sure customers receive the right parts as soon as possible.
Before joining Terramac, Susie spent more than 20 years working in the automotive industry. She applies this knowledge on the job every day to help customers keep their equipment moving on their job sites.
